  1. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
    We are certain you will satisfied with the quality and benefits of our products however f you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  2. What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
    Deliveries within NZ -All orders with a NZ delivery address will be shipped freight-free.
    International deliveries - Please contact us at orders@bodyguardhealth.com for applicable freight charges.
  3. How long will it be before I receive my order?
    Deliveries within NZ -  99.5% of all order received before 4pm will be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery to NZ address. You should receive your order within 1-2 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural areas.
    International deliveries - Please allow 7-10 business days for deliveries outside of NZ. This will vary depending on country.
  4. Do you do back orders?
    BodyGuard does do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. We will attempt to process Out of stock orders within 7-14 days of receipt of order however, as many of our ingredients are sourced from overseas suppliers, there may be unforeseen delays. We will contact you if we are unable to process your order within this timeframe.
  5. Do you ship to addresses outside New Zealand?
    Yes, we can ship to most countries. Please contact us for applicable freight charges.
