Detox at it’s most extreme involves fasting and strict diet regimes which in our busy lives we often find difficulty in managing. Easy 10-step Detox Plan

  1. Coffee Cup

     Reduce Caffeine & Refined Sugar
    Cut down on refined sugar, especially sweets and treats eaten on an empty stomach which affect the body’s biochemistry. Try organic, dried fruits instead
  2. Ease back on caffeine – choose mineral water, organic juices and herb teas instead. If you can’t go without your café-break then opt for fair-trade decaffeinated organic coffee.
  3. Cut back on alcohol – if you must have a drink choose a glass of plain white spirits such as vodka or gin and go for a natural juice mixer such as orange or tomato. Increase your water intake to compensate for the dehydrating effect.
